"I know what it feels like to yearn for deeper connection and the courage to live in alignment with who I truly am."
Following the threads of my heart's longing.
Growing up as a sensitive child who moved countries at age five, I often felt like I didn’t belong. I found refuge in my inner world of dreams and magic, imagining a day when I might express all that was inside me and feel resonance in connection with others.
20 years ago, this longing led me to embark on a journey—through different ways of life, communities, relationship structures, and healing modalities. As I delved into somatic work and awakened my embodied intuition, I left my career in social justice and was drawn to studying and later teaching yoga, bodywork, and sacred sexuality, alongside clinical training in somatic psychotherapy, couples therapy, and sexology.
Each step along my path shaped me, but my deepest liberation came in spaces where I felt safe and free to explore sexuality as a sacred portal—one that led me into vulnerability and erotic aliveness, connected me with my tribe, and taught me to embrace my emotional, energetic sensitivity as a gift.
Through this work, I reclaimed my vitality, stepped into my sexual sovereignty, and met my partner in love and life. My path awakened a deep remembrance of who I am and ignited my calling to share the medicine of soulful intimacy and erotic embodiment with others.
After earning my Master’s in Counseling and Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, I opened my therapy practice abroad, supporting couples in multicultural relationships while guiding women through embodied transformation.
Then I became a mother, and my work both deepened and expanded. While pregnant with my second child, I was initiated as a priestess in the sacred rose mystery school, merging my love for the body (soma) with soulful devotion. And so, along with my daughter, my vision for Soma Soul was born.
Today, I live with my partner and two children in Nosara, Costa Rica, where we raise our family, lead heart-driven businesses, and weave our dream of a more connected way of life immersed in nature and conscious community.

After more than a decade of working globally with hundreds of women and couples, I have seen how a focus on sexuality, intimacy and soul awakens parts of us that other therapeutic approaches often cannot reach.
This is what led me to transition from therapy work to intimacy coaching, blending my therapeutic experience with training in the Somatica® method of sexology and the rose priestess arts - to unleash the transformative power of our erotic energy, desires and authenticity into every aspect of our lives.
In learning to trust the wild urgings of my soul while tending to my children, my relationship, and my passion for this work, I’ve discovered something simple yet powerful:
Beneath the layers of sexual shame, trauma, and pain we carry as a human community, there is a flame of life within each of us that can never be extinguished. When we reconnect directly with this potent source of energy, we awaken our power to live and love in alignment with our purpose, and in a way that feels good in our bodies.
This is why I believe that what many of us need today isn’t more individualistic, mind-based inner work—but a return to our relational roots, our embodied aliveness, and the mystery and magic that weaves through it all.
What once felt like a distant longing became my calling.

I am deeply grateful to the many guides, mentors, and loved ones who have shaped my journey.
I am thankful to my family of origin, soul family, and especially my partner and children, who have taught me the most about belonging and love.
I honor my rose priestess sisters with whom I weave magic.
And I give thanks to the many places that have been home to me along the way, including beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica, where we currently reside.
