How long is a coaching process?

The length of your process depends in large part on your goals, desires and pace of growth, which we can assess together during our intro call.

Most clients tend to follow one of the following paths:

  • Immersions: best for those who have already done therapy/coaching and want to dive deep on a specific topic (such as sexuality or priestess arts) in a condensed time frame

  • 3-6 months to create shifts in longstanding emotional, erotic, embodied patterns

  • 6-12+ months for deep transformation and ongoing self-care, development and growth

How does online coaching work?

Sessions are held on Zoom. All you need is a private space, a free Zoom account, and a WIFI connection.

What kinds of clients get the most out of this kind of coaching?

Clients who are ready to commit to a process of deep exploration and growth, and who are open to:

  • Learning new skills and exploring growing edges

  • Going beyond talk to create new experiences

  • Experimenting with new ways of communication/connection

  • Engaging in somatic/embodied work

Do online sessions work?

Yes! I’ve been working successfully with women and couples online for many years and have found many benefits to this format:

  • Privacy and intimacy in your own space

  • The flexibility to meet from anywhere

  • Convenient and efficient

  • Somatic work is fully possible online—whether solo or with your partner, I guide you through embodied practices

  • Couples often find that being in their own space enhances intimacy during and after sessions

Who is online work not a good fit for?

Couples struggling with turn-taking in communication or staying in the same room to work through issues.

Individuals experiencing active mental health concerns or feeling unstable or unsafe.

Are sessions confidential?

All sessions are held in 100% confidentiality. Given the sensitive nature of this work, I take great care to protect clients' privacy.

Are you a therapist or a coach?

I'm currently working exclusively as a somatic intimacy mentor, teacher and coach with clients around the world. I worked previously as an individual and couples therapist (outside the US).

Important Note:

As an internationally based somatic coach, I am not a physician, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, or social worker. I do not provide medical advice, diagnose mental health disorders, treat them, or prescribe medications.

Any information shared on this website, in my coaching programs, courses, content, or consultations is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological condition, please seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

What makes somatic sexuality and relationship coaching different from therapy?

Traditional therapy tends to focus on treating mental health conditions, analyzing psychological dynamics and exploring past experiences, typically through talk therapy.

Contemporary somatic and couples therapy modalities (such as the ones I have studied and practiced) are experiential and embodied, but tend to address sexuality in a limited way, and focus more on emotional process and less on skill building.

As someone who has studied and worked across these disciplines, I aim to bring together the best of each approach in a way that is tailored to each client's needs. Coaching with me is therapeutic, practical and sex inclusive. In a collaborative, transparent, and shared-power relationship, I teach specific tools to support client growth, and we practice them in session. I actively guide clients into exploration of their intimate and sexual desires in a way that reduces guilt and shame, and opens up new possibilities for pleasure and connection.

Practices we explore might include mindful inquiry, somatic work (movement, touch, breath), inner child work, communication practices, emotional processing, erotic education/tools and guided visualization.

I offer real-time guidance and support as clients practice these new skills, either with me or their partner, fostering connection and integrated growth. â€‹
