My approach to coaching and mentorship is holistic, trauma-informed and embodied, drawing on my advanced training and experience in somatic psychotherapy (MA), emotionally focused couples therapy, and Somatica® sex coaching, woven with the wisdom of yoga, bodywork and the sacred priestess arts.​​

A holistic consultation and mentorship space to enrich your skills, confidence and authentic voice in guiding somatic, sexual and relational processes.​
I hold space for the space holders, supporting coaches, therapists, and facilitators in leading embodied, transformative, trauma-informed processes with clients, while tending to their own well-being as practitioners.

Sessions may include client consultations, role-plays, guided visualizations, somatic exploration, and psycho-education in embodiment, couples work, trauma, energy medicine and sexuality.

Investment: $225/single session
Sessions are 60 minutes long, meeting 3 times per month. For those ready to journey deeper, package options are available at a special rate.
